Chocolate Pudding Dream
Ingredients:
- Whole milk: 1000 gr
- Refined sugar: 250 gr
- Egg yolks: 160 gr
- Cornstarch: 70 gr
- Milk chocolate couverture: 200 gr
- Chocolate essence: 12 gr
- Cinnamon stick: To taste
Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the sugar with ¾ of the milk. In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk, then add the egg yolks and mix well. Once the milk starts to boil, slowly pour in the cornstarch-egg mixture through a fine sieve, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the melted chocolate while the pudding is still warm. Cover the pudding with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
