Brownie Delight
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour: 110 gr
- Cocoa powder: 60 gr
- Semi-sweet chocolate: 180 gr
- Margarine: 188 gr
- Refined sugar: 375 gr
- Cornstarch: 32 gr
- Eggs: 300 gr (5 units)
- Chocolate essence: 8 gr
- Chopped walnuts: 125 gr
Preparation:
Melt the margarine and semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler and set aside. Beat the eggs on high speed until they foam, then gradually add the sugar and chocolate essence. Reduce the speed and incorporate the melted chocolate and margarine. Gently fold in the sifted flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Lastly, mix in the chopped walnuts. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured rectangular pan, or one lined with parchment paper, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy every rich, indulgent bite with TU SHOTS!
