Ingredients:

  • Self-rising flour: 300 gr
  • Refined sugar: 300 gr
  • Unsalted margarine: 195 gr
  • Eggs: 300 gr
  • Vanilla essence: 10 gr

 

Melt the margarine over low heat and set aside. Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla essence, sifted flour, and finally, the melted margarine, continuing to beat until smooth. Chill the batter for 2 hours in the fridge. Fill your preferred cupcake liners with the batter, place them on a tray, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. These cupcakes are perfect for a sweet moment with TU SHOTS!
